Recipe: Steamed Cod Fish

Ingredients for Sauce
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1.5 tablespoon of water
* Mix all above ingredients of sauce mixture together in a bowl.
Some shredded ginger, and or diced garlic
2 tablespoons of cooking oil/sesame oil/olive oil

1) Rinse Cod Fish steak with salt and water.
2) Heat frying pan with oil over medium fire. Stir fry the shredded ginger till browned and crisped. Pour in the sauce mixture and turn off the fire.
3) Lay fish steak on a porcelain or stainless steel dish, pour the prepared sauce over it and steam for about 8-12 minutes.
