Konad - Classic Camel in Zebra print

Wow! I'm liking the China Glaze nail polish. Most of the China Glaze that I have tried, are easy to apply and opaque in 2 coats.

Base : OPI
Colour : China Glaze Classic Camel, 2 coat

Konad : OPI Black Onyx, Bundle monster plate
Top coat : OPI

Doesn't this looks like a hybrid of camel and zebra? Haha, so fun. I'm liking this look.

China Glaze Pelican Gray

I think Gray is a neutral colour on the nails.  It looks kinda of void of emotions too, very suited for work. China Glaze Pelican Gray is light grey creme, texture is quite opaque, 2 coats is enough.

Base : OPI
Colour : China Glaze Pelican Gray, 2 coat

Elianto Nail Colours

I was checking out the nail polish in Elianto and swatched on my nails. Beware! These Elianto stores do not provide nail polish remover. I was at the Ipoh Parade store and the salesgirl following me did not alert me about it. What's the point of following me around, Ms Blockhead? I ended up leaving the store with rainbow coloured nails and pissed. Although there are a few colours that I liked, I only bought one because of the poor staff attitude.

Elianto Sparkling Diva Nail Colour, 2 coats each.

Starting from the thumb, Tangerine Orange, Alice Blue, Glittery nikel, Aspen Green and Glitter Bronze.

So which colour did I choose? The sparkly Tangerine Orange!

Alice Blue was rather sheer, and I could still see my nail line with 2 coats. I like the Aspen Green and Glitter Bronze as well, but held back because of the poor staff attitude!

Wake up Elianto Ipoh Parade!

Canmake Crackle Lac Nail

Crackle! Canmake has 3 Crackle Lac Nail colours, blue, yellow and pink. I have tried Pink Crackle on my toes. It is matte and very easy to apply. This is handy to camouflage any chips or damaged. Pretty, like pink leopards? Forgive the dry cuticles.

Colour : Bourjois 1 Seconde Nail Polish, Charcoal Grey, shade 28, 2 coats
Crackle : Canmake Crackle Lac Nail in pink, 1 coat
Top coat : OPI

Konad - Barry M nail polish

Barry M is a UK drugstore brand and this nail polish was a free gift from the magazine SHOUT. This colour is deep purple with rough glitters. Weird, there's no indication of the colour or colour code on the bottle. Although glittery polishes can last, this chip off within 2 days.

Colour : Barry M, 2 coats
Konad : Konad Special Nail Polish in silver
Top coat : OPI

Konad - China Glaze For Audrey with silver stripes

China Glaze For Audrey is a lovely colour. It is easy to apply, opaque (2 coats) and quite durable.

Top coat : OPI, 1 coat

Konad - Henna on nails

I have just started practising on my Konad set and Bundle Monster 21pcs plates. This is so exiciting. I'm inspired to stamp my nails as nicely as Chloe. I painted my nails with OPI 18K Ginza Gold, and did my Konad stamping with Mecca Boadicea. Doesn't it looks like Henna on nails? I think normal nail polish is easier to stamp than Konad Special Polish. The special polish dries too rapidly. Let me try a few more times before I conclude.

Modern French Manicure

I haven't master painting the french white tips, hence decided to do a easier version of the French Manicure, which seems more modern and funky.

I painted a layer nude colour, pasted Scotch Tape and painted a layer of CH Nail #035. It's a pale greenish silvery glitters. I'm wondering if I should paste some nail stickers to enhance it.

I've decided to add some floral...

Nails - Pop Pinky

I was looking through my collection of nail polishes and decided to paint my nails PINK! I chose 3 shades that I think matches well and did the Scotch Tape Mani again. I loved the combination.

I skipped base coat and applied 2 layers of Relvon #140 Blushed.

Then I sticked the Scotch Tape and applied a layer of The Face Shop - PP405.

Once it's totally dried, I sticked the Scotch Tape again and painted a layer of The Face Shop, FACE & it - K16D1. I sticked a simple sticker on the middle finger to enhance the sweet look.

The finished look with a thin layer of top coat.

Nails - CH Nail + Bourjois 1 Seconde

I am very inspired after reading Chloe's blog about her nail designs. I have decided to try out her Scotch Tape Manis technique. Recently I bought a few bottles of nail polish from a pushcart at Liang Court Level 1. It is not the usual brands, but "CH Nail", which I guess is from China. CH Nail is insanely pigmented and easy to apply, and the whole range are glittery colours.

This is a single coat of CH Nail, Colour 047, applied on OPI base coat.

I think I am going to leave it like this, a single coat without any top coat to test the durability. I like this shade. It's like brown-grey-blackish glitters, quite unique!

I think this shade may be rather harsh on my hands, hence I decided to do the Scotch Tape Manis with CH Nail Colour #042. I applied 2 coats of Bourjois #2602, a fine shimmery light pink and then did the Scotch Tape Manis with CH Nail Colour 042. I love how the combination looks.

Lovely! This is very suitable for work. I am wondering if I should apply top coat, maybe I should leave it as it is to test the durability as well. I love the different texture of these 2 polishes, CH nail is matte and glittery, but Bourjois is smooth and shiny.

The two products that I used for this set of nails: CH Nail Colour #042 and Bourjois 1 Seconde #2602

I am going to follow Chloe's blog for her easy and pretty DIY nails!
